Tissue factor (TF), also called tissue thromboplastin, is the principal initiator of physiological blood coagulation and hemostasis and pathological thrombosis, and plays an important role in the formation of various diseases in atherosclerosis, systemic inflammation, angor pectoris, disseminated intravascular coagulation, and tumor angiogenesis and metastasis. Looking for the targets to TF anticoagulant, antithrombotic drug has important theoretical and realistic significance.
